Section - 106 - Amendment of section 32
Amendment of section 32.106. In section 32 of the Central Excise Act, after sub-section (3), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-"Provided that the Settlement Commission so constituted under this section shall cease to operate on or after the 1st day of April, 2025.".
