Section - 30 - Establishment of Appellate Tribunal
15a[CHAPTER VAPPELLATE TRIBUNALEstablishment of Appellate Tribunal.30. The Central Government shall, by notification, establish an Appellate Tribunal to hear appeals against the orders of 15b[any authority] under this Act.
