This appeal by the assessee emanates from the order passed by the CIT(A)-8, Pune on 07-05-2018 in relation to the assessment year 2009-10.

2. Before us, the assessee has filed a letter dated nil seeking withdrawal of the appeal. The relevant contents of such letter reads as under :

“With above mentioned subject and reference, I would like to most humbly and respectfully submit as follows :

(a) I have settled the appeal under the DTVSV Act. Copy of Form 1 and Form 2 are enclosed herewith as per Annexure-1.

(b) The same has been accepted by the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax-4, Pune and copy of Form 3 is enclosed herewith as per Annexure-2.
