Can anyone please tell me what is the rate of VAT Applicable on Stainless Steel Pipe, of all dimensions(seamless or Welded) in Uttar Pradesh?????
As per the document provided by UPVAT Web, it says 4%, but dealers are charging 5% VAT, 1% as SAT I suppose, special additional tax.
Kindly provide any legitimate link.
