Ind AS 2 Inventory valuation should include freight from Plant to depo or not

Hello Expert,

can you please confirm the treatment of freight cost incurred from plant to Depo as part of Inventory cost or need to charge it to P&L as and when incurred?

According to me it needs to be Inventoried as definition says "present condition & location".
