Section 198 (4) Calculation of profits In making the computation profit, the following sums shall be deducted, namely:— a. Amendment of Section 198(4)(l), to include brought forward losses of the years subsequent to the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1960. So committee recommended that: Specific provisions for investment companies, whose principal business is sale and purchase of investments, to be incorporated in the Act Section 203 read with Schedule V Appointment of key managerial personnel A "key managerial personnel", in relation to a company, means— (i) the Chief Executive Officer or the managing director or the manager; (ii) the company secretary; (iii) the whole-time director; (iv) the Chief Financial Officer; and (v) such other officer as may be prescribed; A "key managerial personnel", in relation to a company, means— (i) the Chief Executive Officer or the managing director or the manager; (ii) the company secretary; (iii) the whole-time director; (iv) the Chief Financial Officer; and (v) such other person as may be appoint by Board as KMP (vi) such other officer as may be prescribed; a.
