Job handled includes preparation of returns for Income Tax, Sales Tax, Wealth Tax, Service Tax, Cess for the unit, Tax Audits under Section 44AB, & 80 HHC.  Assisted Head office for handling of depreciation dispute of Rs. 72 Crores and faced show-cause notice from Excise Authorities. Also prepared & implemented Legal compliance manual. 
§   In Accounts department, job assigned was Asset capitalisation, accounts payable, Bank Account reconciliation, Modvat /Cenvat reconciliation, Recovery of old debit balances, Making balance sheet & other details including reconciliation with other units. Know how to make Purta ,Monthly Progress report, Business Position paper ,BMC Report. L C Accounting, DEPB /EXPORT LICENCE Tracking, making statistical return.

§   In Stores dept. job was releasing payment to suppliers, Inventory analysis & valuation, various type of MIS reports includes Aging report, Non moving & slow moving items, ABC analysis, Major receipts & issues, fixation of ideal level, Vendor development, Import substitution, disposal scrap and surplus items, analysis of Raw material costing, Ship freight analysis, Working capital analysis, Exceptional handling, using an in house development of MUSIC 3D.
 
1.          Worked as Core Team Member of FICO / Materials Management Module of SAP R-3 (Version 4.6B) Implementation in Grasim Industries Limited and BW (Business Information Warehouse). I was closely associated with finalisation of ERP, Hardware and selection of Implementation Partner.I was team member for Commercial Negotiation /finalisation of other technical issues & managed 2 life Cycle implementations.
      Worked as Core Team Member for SAP-R3   version 4.6B in Materials Management (MM)/( Finance & Controlling ) FICO Module at Vikram Ispat during February 01 to 30th September, 01. Then working as Support System Person.
 
Also worked as Core Team Member for BIW implementation. & Finalized all reports of BW and also knowing BW Configuration.
 
2.     During project implementation I have finalized `AS IS’ and `TO BE’ as per ASAP methodology, corrections of master data, i.e. Material Master, Service Master, Vendor Master, Source List.   
 
3.     I have played important roll for Data Migration, which includes complete transfer of data from Legacy System to SAP System. I e Materials Master, Vendor Master, Stock Reconciliation, Complete transfer of Excise records into SAP System.
 
4.          In system configuration we have finalized no. Of Company Code, Business Area, Chart of Accounts, Credit area, Distribution Channel, Plant, Purchasing Group, Document type & number range thereof, Release strategy and release group, Valuation type, Various Pricing Schemas, Storage Location, Inco terms, Payment Terms, Tax Code combinations complete pricing conditions, no range for various types of documents, Material type etc. I had also developed new movement types. )
 
§   Working on  Cross functional of sap module I e FI. CO. PM, PP ,QM , HR,SD, Real Estate Etc .Have seen SAP Implementation of Reliance ,Mahindra & Mahindra ,Rajshree Cement.
