Ashok Kakkar is an Advocate, Registered Insolvency Professional (IBBI), and Former Chief Manager, Punjab National Bank, with over 40 years of professional experience in banking, finance, legal practice, and insolvency.

He holds M.Com., LL.B., LL.M., and CAIIB qualifications. During his banking career, he gained extensive experience in credit appraisal, working capital finance, project finance, large corporate advances, loan documentation, credit monitoring, NPA management, recovery proceedings, SARFAESI, DRT, and stressed asset resolution.

After his retirement from banking, he enrolled as an Advocate and qualified as a Registered Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). He is actively engaged in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), Personal Guarantor matters, claim verification, liquidation proceedings, and insolvency-related legal practice before the Adjudicating Authority.

He is the founder of LegalWisdomHub.in, where he shares practical insights on banking, finance, insolvency, and legal matters. He is also the author of books published on Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) and regularly contributes articles to professional platforms with the objective of promoting financial literacy, legal awareness, and practical, experience-based learning.
