I am commerce graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India ('ICSI'). I am practicing as a company secretary under name and style of “K.K. Mishra & Associates”, in Delhi.
I had led several significant assignments, providing both hands on legal advice as well as overall strategic inputs. I have experience in a wide range of practice areas including Corporate Commercial, Foreign Direct Investment, Joint Ventures, Secretarial Audit, Approvals of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Compounding of offences under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956/2013, Corporate Governance Audit and FEMA Compliances and Management Consultants.
