I am a chartered accountant with more than 3 decades of post qualification experience in banking and finance sectors. I have worked in a leading nationalized bank in several areas of corporate and retail banking and also in bank restructuring projects and financial restatement of banks as per US GAAP. I have also worked in compliance and audit of the leading national agri exchange in the country.
