Seeks to Rescind three Notifications
(1) 33/03-Cus , dated 01.03.2003 ;
(2) 39/05- Cus , dated 02.05.2005
(3) 79/2009-Cus , dated 07.07.2009
NOTIFICATION NO 18/2010-CUSTOMS
Dated : February 27, 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, namely:-
1. No. 33/2003-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2003, published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 168(E), dated the 1st March, 2003;
2. No. 39/2005-Customs, dated the 2nd May, 2005, published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 265(E), dated the 2nd May, 2005; and
3. No. 79/2009-Customs, dated the 7th July, 2009, published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 486(E), dated the 7th July, 2009.
