The purpose of this notification is to further amend the Customs Notification No. 82/2017-Customs dated 27th October 2017 by omitting a redundant entry.

The entry at serial number 31A and all related entries are being omitted from the said notification.

The amendment is made in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962.
