FAQ :

This notification further amends the anti-dumping duty on imports of "Front Axle Beam and Steering Knuckles" meant for heavy and medium commercial vehicles.

The anti-dumping duty has been extended and will now be in effect until January 31, 2021.

The original notification was No. 49/2015-Customs (ADD), dated 21st October, 2015.

The parts are originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China.

The designated authority initiated a review and requested the further extension of the anti-dumping duty on these imported goods.
