G.S.R. .… (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 9A and subsection (2) of section 9B of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, namely: -

The Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 are being amended.

The amendment seeks to change the rules related to anti-circumvention of anti-dumping duties.

The amendments are made under the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 9A and sub-section (2) of section 9B of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.

The notification is issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue).
