Seeks to amend Notification No. 44/91-Customs dated 30.5.1991

Notification No. 39 / 2015 – Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated 16 April, 2015

G.S.R.  294 (E)- In exercise  of the powers  conferred  by  sub-section (1A) of  section 75 of the  Customs  Act, 1962 (52 of  1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following  further  amendments  in the  notification of  the  Government of  India  in the  Ministry of  Finance  (Department of  Revenue), No.44/91-Customs(N.T.) dated  the  30th May, 1991 published vide number G.S.R. 284(E) dated the 30thMay, 1991, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, -  

1. Sl. No. 1 to 6 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
2. Sl. No. 9 to 17 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
3. Sl. No. 19 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
4. Sl. No. 24 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
5. Sl. No. 26 to 32 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
6. Sl. No. 34 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
7. Sl. No. 35 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
8. Sl. No. 37 to 58 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
9. Sl. No. 61 to 74 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
10. Sl. No. 76 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
11. Sl. No. 78 to 83 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
12. Sl. No. 85 to 89 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; and
13. Sl. No. 91 to 99 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
