Notification No. 38/ 2015 – Customs

New Delhi, the 15th June, 2015.

G.S.R. 493(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 24/2015-Customs, dated the 8th April, 2015 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 269 (E), dated the 8th April, 2015, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table,-

for the entries against serial numbers vii, xiv, xvi and xvii, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

	Items, which are restricted for export under Schedule-2 of Export Policy in ITC (HS), unless specifically notified in Appendix 3B of Appendices and Forms of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020;
	Sugar of all types and all forms, unless specifically notified in Appendix 3B of Appendices and Forms of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020;
	Export of milk and milk products, unless specifically notified in Appendix 3B of Appendices and Forms of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020;
	Export of Meat and Meat Products, unless specifically notified in Appendix 3B of Appendices and Forms of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020;”;

after serial number xix and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely:-

“xx	Items, which are prohibited for export under Schedule-2 of Export Policy in ITC (HS).”.
