FAQ :

This notification amends the Project Imports Regulations, 1986, to specify the Sponsoring Authority for High Speed Rail Projects.

The National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has been appointed as the Sponsoring Authority.

These regulations come into force on the 2nd day of February, 2021.

The Project Imports Regulations, 1986, specifically the table listing Sponsoring Authorities, is being amended.
