(E).— In pursuance of rule 12CCC of the Central Excise Rules, 2002 and rule 12AAA of the CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 16/2014-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 21st March, 2014, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 204(E), dated the 21st March, 2014, namely:-
