Section 1 of the Government Securities Act, 2006 - Commencement of Act - Notified date

NOTIFICATION NO. S.O. 2020(E), DATED 30-11-2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 1 of the Government Securities Act, 2006 (38 of 2006), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of December, 2007 as the date on which all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
