CIR/MRD/DP/14/2014 April 23, 2014 To All Stock Exchanges Dear Sir / Madam, Sub: Revised guidelines for Liquidity Enhancement Scheme in the Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives Segments 1. SEBI vide circular CIR/DNPD/5/2011 dated June 02, 2011 and circular CIR/MRD/DP/14/2010 dated February 08, 2013 permitted stock exchanges to introduce liquidity enhancement schemes in the equity derivatives and equity cash segments to enhance liquidity in illiquid securities.
