This notification informs all registered Insolvency Professionals, Entities, and Agencies about the mandatory requirement to provide a copy of the application filed for the insolvency resolution process of personal guarantors to corporate debtors to the IBBI.

Rule 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority for Insolvency Resolution Process for Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors) Rules, 2019 mandates this.

You can submit a copy of the application online through the facility provided on the IBBI website at https://ibbi.gov.in/intimation-applications/iaaa-personal-one.

Upon successful online submission of the application, the applicant will receive an acknowledgement.

Annexure A provides the format for submitting the details of the application, and Annexure B offers a step-by-step guide on how to fill and submit the application online.
