NOTIFICATION NO. 83 (RE-2007)/2004-2009
S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby deletes with immediate effect Paragraph 2.4 of Notification No. 38 (RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 15.10.2007 as amended from time to time, which was inserted vide Notification No. 46 (RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 2.11.2007.
