We advise that the name of "JSC VTB Bank" has been included in the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 by notification DBOD. IBD. No. 2091 /23.13.126/2008-09 dated July 30, 2008, published in the Gazette of India (Part III - Section 4) dated September 19, 2008.
