No, these cases do not need to be referred to other agencies, or the requirement may be suitably waived.
The decision was made in a meeting chaired by the Cabinet Secretary on 27.4.2021.
Customs formations are requested to give the highest priority to these consignments and facilitate their clearance in the shortest possible time.
