In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in Appendix 1B of the Handbook of procedures.

The main change is the addition of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, to Appendix 1B as a Town of Export Excellence for Apparel Products.
The designation of Noida as a Town of Export Excellence applies specifically to Apparel Products.
This amendment was issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) of the Government of India.
The amendment is part of Public Notice No. 40/2015-20, issued on 25th February 2021.
