The new rules are called the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Amendment Rules, 2021.
These amendment rules came into force on the 2nd February, 2021.
These rules govern the identification, assessment, and collection of anti-dumping duty on dumped articles, as well as the determination of injury.
The Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 have been amended.
The powers were exercised under sub-section (6) of section 9A and sub-section (2) of section 9B of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.
