STANDARDISING FORMAT OF ABRIDGED SCHEMEWISE ANNUAL REPORT FORMAT AND REDUCTION IN TIME PERIOD FOR DISPATCH TO THE UNITHOLDERS – AMENDMENTS TO SEBI (MUTUAL FUNDS) REGULATIONS, 1996 We are enclosing a copy of the gazette notification No. LAD-NRO/GN/2008/24/139426 pertaining to SEBI (Mutual Funds) (Third Amendment) Regulations 2008 on the captioned subject for your information and implementation. This notification may be read alongwith SEBI/IMD/CIR No.8/132968/2008 dated July 24, 2008. This circular, is available on SEBI website at http://www.sebi.gov.in/. under the category "Mutual Funds - Circulars". This circular is issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 11(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 read with the provisions of Regulation 77 of SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996.
