Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and subsection (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import), 15/1,Strand Road, Customs House, Kolkata to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

(i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import), JNCH, Nhava Sheva, Taluka Uran Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra-400707;

(ii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs(Port-Import), Customs House, 60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai-600001;

(iii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs(Port-Import), 15/1,Strand Road, Customs House, Kolkata-700001;

(iv) the Additional Commissioner of Customs(Import), ICD, Patparganj, Near Ghazipur, Village, Road No. 56, Delhi-110096;

(v) the Additional Commissioner of Customs(Import), Air Cargo, New Custom House, Near IGI, Airport, New Delhi-110037;

(vi) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo, 2nd Floor, 15/1, Strand Road, Custom House, Kolkata; and

(vii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi-110020,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Robot Mining Equipments Pvt. Ltd., 211, Syndicate House, 3 Old Rohtak Road, Inderlok, New Delhi, issued, vide F.No. VIII/26/31/2013-HRU-DRI(A), dated the 22nd November, 2014 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Hyderabad.
