S.O…….. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
(i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi;
(ii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Dadri (APL), Uttar Pradesh;
(iii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, (Port-Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Taluka- Uran, District- Raigad, Maharashtra-400707;
(iv) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, (Import), Custom House, Chennai (Sea Cargo), 60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Aban Exim Pvt. Ltd., D-60/2, Basement, East of Kailash, New Delhi and others issued vide DRI F.No.23/70/2013-DZU/1408 to 1415, dated the 18th March, 2014 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
