The present appeal by the assessee is directed against the order of Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-20, New Delhi, dated 23.10.2015 passed for assessment year 2009-10.

2. The learned counsel for the assessee has requested for withdrawal of the appeal filed by the assessee and stated that the assessee has opted to settle the dispute relating to tax arrears for assessment year under consideration under the ‘Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020’ and has applied Form Nos. 1 and 2 for the same.

3. Learned DR did not object to the same.
