Payscale upto Rs.15 Lakhs p.a.

Responsible for Client contracts and management of Accounts Receivable and Billing functions.

Subject matter expert on client contracts, regarding their Accounting and reporting implications.

Ensures that the letter and intent of client contracts are evidenced in the Financial Statements; complied with relative to analysis and reporting; auditable relative to any and all authorized reviews.

Prepares and coordinates preparation of standardized and ad hoc client profitability and Cash Flow analysis demonstrating the financial implications of contractual and real world components; and, compliance with contractual reporting requirements.

Provides early warning counsel and analysis to the Executive Management Team (EMT) on contractual and real-world implications, trends, and events that may impact client profitability or Cash Flow.

Oversees the Accounts Receivable and Billing functions.

Ensures that weekly updates on 60+ day delinquent accounts are forwarded to the appropriate EMT members for review and follow-up.

Ensures aggressive and effective follow-up with delinquent clients: both through effective management of the Collections function and personal contact with delinquent clients, when appropriate.

Ensures that client billing is accurate, auditable, and conforms to applicable Accounting Principles.

Subject matter expert in the individual Billing Systems (Tachyon, and others).

Ensures an auditable process from source transaction through to the Financial Statement treatment of Client Revenues, Costs, and Cash Flow reported.

Understands and integrates the Costs components of Client contracts.
Maintains a document library of Client contracts, financial and statistical analysis.

Prepares executive summaries of significant contracts which articulate the major operational characteristics of the individual contracts.

Develops analytical tools which provide tracking and insight into client and client contract variables and implications.
