Handling Company Secretarial work, Assistance in ROC Filing for Companies and LLPs. Handling ROC and Secretarial Compliance Matters, Legal Administration, Etc.
Maintenance of Secretarial Records, Statutory Books, & Registers as required under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws..
Coordination with various department/officials/External Regulatory Authorities for various Legal Matters/Compliance.
Drafting of all commercial and legal documents as per the requirement of business to ensure that they are in accordance with the corresponding laws.
Alongwith the Regular Company secretarial work, viz Company Formation, Registration of Partnership Firm, Trust formation, filling of form with ROC, XBRL filling etc.
