• Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Minimum 2 (Two) years of experience working as a Company Secretary, preferably in a CA firm or consulting environment.
• Knowledge of company law, corporate governance principles, and RBI regulations.
• Excellent understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines governing corporate entities and foreign exchange transactions in India.
• Experience in handling secretarial, company law, and RBI compliance for clients across various industries.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with corporate governance software and tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Integrity, professionalism, and commitment to upholding ethical standards and best practices in corporate governance and compliance and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Act as a mentor and coach to the members of the team, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Accounting and Taxation software and tools.

Working knowledge of GST (including refunds), Income Tax. Analytical skills to be able to reconcile all data points and do reporting. Understanding of exports is a plus.

The candidate should clarify the concepts in accounting, audit, and tax.
The candidate should be flexible to work in all the domains like Audit, Tax, Accounting, Compliance.
The candidate should be able to cope with extended hours of work whenever necessary.
The candidate should be ready to travel within Mumbai and Mumbai Suburbs for conducting audit assignments. This is a must-have condition.
