1. Develop and maintain various US tax related models for a global financial client having presence in more than 30 countries.
2. Quarterly projections of Federal, New York State and city tax liability using the latest financial statements.
3. Model to calculate the Fin48 liability, deferred tax asset/liability & valuation allowance.
4. Consolidate revenue and taxes paid across its various global entities and assist in preparation of final tax returns for the public company.
5. Model to calculate the Individual and corporate partner’s basis in different group entities.
6. Develop and maintain Amortization model for exchange & acquisition transactions u/s 197, 734 & 743(b) of IRS.
7. Co-ordinate with technology teams to build macros and automated functions to expedite workflow.
8. Coordinate with programmers in the development of Graphical user Interface to generate and analyze the various kinds of tax calculations.

Candidate should have exposure in accounts / Taxation / payroll / Company law matters / service tax / STPI matters.
The candidate should have sound knowledge in corporate statutory
monthly/quarterly/annual returns.
