Location : Delhi and Mumbai
As a tax and compliance search specialist, your role will be to work with HR and Senior Lawyers/CAs at corporates and law firms (clients) and mid-level professionals (candidates) to ensure that our clients are able to recruit the right lawyers and other professionals (tax, compliance, secretarial) for their in-house teams. You will get the opportunity to advise clients on their human resource strategy and to build relationships with management. You will also advise lawyers, CAs and finance professionals on their career choices and enrich their lives by helping them secure the right opportunity.
The key responsibilities include:
Understanding and advising on the resourcing needs of our clients
Identifying suitable candidates via networking, referrals, headhunting and advertising
Presenting the opportunity to the candidate and analyzing the candidate’s credentials for the position
Managing the recruitment process with our clients including recommending suitable candidates, interview feedback and offer negotiation

Desired Skills and Experience
University level education in a relevant area of study. Management, Legal, CA, Finance or HR related qualification is highly desirable.
Excellent written and spoken English ability.
2-8 years of relevant legal / finance / recruitment experience in a corporate or consulting environment or combination of corporate and retained executive search, boutique search firm and/or agency experience would be attractive.
Experience in recruiting or working with lawyers, chartered accountants or other corporate professionals would be desirable
Proven expertise in customer relationship management; strong consultative skills.
Should have independently closed positions
Passionate about recruitment and headhunting
Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Proven ability to effectively manage a large workload independently and multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience in managing mid level hiring and relationships.
