11.Assisting the Manager Finance & Accounts in carrying out the objectives of the organisation.
12.Ensure total support to other various departments
13.Ensure smooth working of all Depots, CFA’s by implementing the system.
14.Ensure TDS returns are filed before the due dates pertaining to Salaries and other TDS deducted.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Finance:
1.Adherence and monitoring of standard operating procedure developed by head finance & accounts.
2.Provide past performance information to department heads to facilitate departmental estimations. i.e.
•Sales & Production (Target vs Achieved) for past 3 years,
•Budgeted vs Actual expenses incurred by every function for past 3 years.
•Manpower cost for every function for past 3 years.
3.Assist head finance & accounts to consolidate various departmental budgets.
4.Develop and manage alliances and relationships with equity investors and shareholders.
5.Operationalise fund sourcing activities through various options namely FIIs, IPOs, Fixed deposit.
6.Provide strategic input and ensure effective management of funds of Group.
7.Ensure proper Tax-Planning for the company.
8.Responsible for interfacing with cost auditors and government agencies like registrar of companies & statistics department, Bankers, Capital/ revenue creditors, joint venture partners and outsourced chartered accountants.
9.Provide inputs to Head – Finance & accounts for actual and standard product costing.
10.Ensure that required reporting obligations are adhered to wrt equity partners, any other business alliances, government bodies and other mandatory requirements.
11.Ensure best returns on surplus funds through appropriate treasury management.
12.Ensure an effective communication of MIS to various functions.
13.Ensure adherence to statutory requirements pertaining to the F&A and Secretarial function.
14.Monitor the implementation of finance, accounting, billing, secretarial and auditing procedures
15.Review financial statements & reports, special analyses and information reports pertaining to company’s act for accuracy and completeness.
16.Ensure appropriate information sharing with stakeholders on company’s affair.
17.Facilitate the development and implementation of company secretarial procedures in the company.
Accounts
1.Ensure records for all the transactions (receipt & payment), and assets in the company
2.Set up appropriate IT support to manage accounting function.
3.Timely preparation of Accounting Documents/Reports.
4.Execute tax planning and manage tax for Group.
5.Responsible for interfacing with statutory auditors, internal auditors, Income Tax department, Sales Tax Department.
6.Review and analyse accounting reports.
7.Oversee proper co-ordination between Accounts and its internal customers on all accounting matters.
8.Reconciliation of accounts.
9.Ensure timely bank reconciliation.
10.Co-ordination with Legal Services to resolve default payment cases.

2-3 Years experience in Accounting, Statutory Compliance & Finalization of Books of Accounts.

Key Accountabilities:
The analyst would be required to understand the business profile of allocated legal entity & will be responsible for Reporting for the entity. Understanding of the GAAP rules & application ability will be desirable. Complete ownership on the deliverables on the legal entity. Required to interact with US reporting manager on day to day deliverables besides reporting into the Indian Manager.

Preparation of Financial Statements.
Year End Statutory Audit for Financial Statement
Should have experience and understand the framework of multiple reporting requirements (GAAP/STAT)
