• Chartered Accountant with 5 years’ post qualification experience
• Expert knowledge of business processes, accounting, reporting and
audit methodology
• Expert knowledge and application of accounting standards and SA’s
under Indian GAAP
• Awareness of reporting under IFRS and other GAAPs as may be required
for the group reporting for various entities.
• Capable of spotting the issues and providing the options for solutions
• Awareness of direct and indirect taxes and corporate laws
• Excellent team management and client handling experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Self starter with a strong work ethic
• Exposure to ERP environment (Tally, SAP, JDE, etc.)
• Strong communication, with good command on English language

US GAAP, US GAAS and working knowledge of all audit related control checks and worked on audit tool for audit documentation, Finalisation of Accounts for various industries (like Non profit organisation, real estaste, Govt Companies and SME) for USA based clients, Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management at local, regional, and corporate levels, Excellent verbal and written communications skills, which includes the ability to present information clearly and concisely, Should have a positive «can do» attitude to challenges and the agility to multitask effectively across competing priorities.
