Developing and cultivating good relationships with US audit team in order to identify remote execution opportunities that are repeatable and scalable. 6. Thought Leadership in setting up the remote execution and delivery mechanism for client audit engagements and supervising those audit teams. 7. Demonstrate ability to manage risk, consults as appropriate on technical matters, and is capable of clearly documenting conclusions reached. 8. Take overall responsibility for the final deliverable and ensure that the documentation meets the firm quality standards and AAS requirements. 9. Client interaction to develop a strong relationship with the client and to identify potential opportunities to expand services while recognizing the limits on scope of services. 10. Take active participation in training programs as a facilitator. 11. Seek opportunities for cross service line selling. 12. Manage team and their performance. 13. Act as a coach, trainer and mentor to their subordinates. 14. Be proactive in practice development activities.
