Work with HR to enhance the talent or skill sets to meet the growing complexity and needs of WB. Ensure that right talent is attracted and retained for all key roles and work with HR to structure right compensation for the division. Actively work on attrition management for the unit. Create sufficient bench to manage attrition efficiently. Look for ways and means for continuously promoting forums for employee engagements. Encourage employees on their creativity, learning and development and bring some fun at work. Drive process standardisation and best practice sharing across all teams within WB. Participate and Support in all Global WB Finance initiatives as launched from time to time. E.g.
