Take overall responsibility for the final deliverable and ensure that the documentation meets the firm quality standards and AAS requirements. 9. Client interaction to develop a strong relationship with the client and to identify potential opportunities to expand services while recognizing the limits on scope of services. 10. Take active participation in training programs as a facilitator. 11. Seek opportunities for cross service line selling. 12. Manage team and their performance. 13. Act as a coach, trainer and mentor to their subordinates. 14. Be proactive in practice development activities.
