1.CA or/and CPA. CIA/ CISA preferred
2.0-3 years of relevant experience. Big 4 experience preferred
3.Strong business process controls experience. Knowledge of IT general computer controls preferred
4.Exposure to Financial Services, Energy, Healthcare industries
5.Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
6.Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
7.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
8.Willingness to travel within and out-of-country on engagements

Job Profile:
- Auditing and accounting related jobs for USA based clientele,which includes company filings on Security Exchange Commission,taxation,SOX 404 and internal accounting.
CAs interested in working in audit, accounts and taxation related jobs.
Expected Candidate profile:
Qualifications: CA
Experience: 0-4 years
Salary: as per current market trends (negotiable).

• Hands on experience in SAP Implementation / Audit (Modules – FI-CO/MM)
• SAP Implementation experience would be an advantage
• Knowledge of following regulations & standards: SOX, ISO 27001

• Ability to analyze, extract, interpret and document business requirements
• Excellent drafting skills with ability to review and finalize audit reports for the areas assigned
• Effective time management and prioritization skills within a multi-tasking environment with ability to work on tight schedules
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a teaming environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Visio, Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
• Must be willing to travel on short notice
