Excellent knowledge and expertise in Income Tax Act, Guidelines, Notification etc.,

Tally Qualified and Certified from Tally Academy is a must. Excellent knowledge in Reconciliation, Basic Accounting Procedures and Excel is a pre-requisite Good knowledge of developing daily reports, budgeting, and analysis of accounts on a daily/weekly/monthly/annually. Organized, disciplined, and efficient in all aspects of the job. Will report to CEO and CFO.

Specifically the job entails:
Preparation and finalization of accounts
Responding to and following up on queries by the captive account-holders
Maintenance and development of various management information reports
Planning and carrying out different accounting and financial activities like Budgeting, Forecasting, preparing a Profit & Loss Summary, reconciliation, cash flow statement & bank account reconciliation
Key activities in the job include:
• Input journals
• Prepare Trial Balance, Income statement and Balance Sheet.
• Update notes to accounts, if and when required.
• Calculating the unearned / un-expensed reinsurance reserve
• Calculating the Allocated Investment Income
• Posting reconciliation and review of balances
• Preparing management, statutory and regulatory reports
• Calculating Solvency Margin / Capital adequacy
• Monitoring the shareholder/Inter-company loans – as per the respective state laws.
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
• Be system proficient with hands on experience on MS Office applications.
• Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and organizational development.
• Attend training - develop relevant knowledge and skills which would enhance the working capability
