Financial Operations Management
■ Should have handled team size of atleast 10 people

■ Should drive transparency in decision making through commercial support, analysis and advice
■ Should be able to independently manage and control P&L, Cash flow, Balance sheet, Budgeting, Variance analysis etc

The Job
Provide leadership and accountability for Finance, Accounts, Audit, Costing functions.
Participate actively in the strategic business and financial planning, implementation and review process of the organisation.
a.Working capital management:
Ensure solid business relationship with the Financial Institutions/banks at leadership level.
Efficient and timely management of working capital requirements.
Hands on management of inflows-dynamic interaction with the receivables collection team.
Develop and maintain a robust budget & review process.
Support the operations with timely decision making on matters having financial implications.
Risk management
b.Taxation:
Ensure that the management is rightly advised on various direct & indirect tax matters
Handling the Direct and Indirect tax issues, interfacing with the respective tax authorities and tax advisors representing the company.
c.Internal Audit:
Preparation and implementation of internal audit program with external auditors.
Implementation & review of Corrective Action plans based on audit findings
d.Accounting and Costing:
Ensure on-time MIS
Review of robustness of systems for on-line measurement and control of all assets and liabilities and upgrade the same periodically
Accurate support to operating management for pricing decisions
The Person
The ideal candidate would be a seasoned finance professional, from manufacturing industry, in his/or her 40’s.
oAround 25 – 30 years of post qualification experience
Good business acumen with evidence of quick decision making ability
Ability to visualise opportunities as well as challenges for business growth
Should have worked in a multi-locational manufacturing environment handling price sensitive products
Ability to engage with people at all levels for business results
Hands-on expertise in tax (direct & indirect)
Target Industries/Sector : Mid-sized multi-locational manufacturing companies with robust financial/reporting and governance systems.
Additional Information :
Experience in working in Public Limited companies and not in Private Limited Companies
Age between 38 – 45 max.
CA only and not ICWA
CTC around 11 Lacs pa and based on the candidate experience and background we shall be slightly flexible on CTC.
