- Completed CA Inter or equivalent; semi‑qualified candidates with strong audit exposure preferred (CA Drop Outs only/ Exam Leave will not be allowed)
- Hands‑on experience in Statutory Audits and Tax Audits, preferably of large listed companies/public limited companies
- Working knowledge of Ind AS, Auditing Standards, and basic understanding of SEBI LODR
- Good understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and taxation laws relevant to audit and compliance
- Ability to prepare and review working papers, perform analytical procedures, and assist in financial statement preparation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and audit tools
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team‑based audit environment

- Chartered Accountants with minimum 5 years of post‑qualification experience
- Strong exposure to Statutory and Tax Audits of Large Listed Companies/Public Limited Companies

- Ability to review financial statements and handle audit documentation independently

TDS/TCS compliance and returns
Working knowledge of Excel and accounting software
Familiarity with Income Tax, GST & MCA portals
Good communication and client-handling skills
Skills & Experience : Reqd. B.Com
Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, taxation, PT, EPF and compliance activities.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and prevailing financial laws.
Mastery in statement reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel and other accounting/finance systems.
Ability to work in smaller, fast-growing organisations with high ownership and minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Go-getter attitude, problem-solver, out-of-the-box thinker, and goal driven.
Ability to set up processes from scratch and scale them sustainably.
