Prime Job Responsibility:
1) Preparation of Quarterly Results & Annual Balance Sheet as per IND AS & IGAAP
2) Responsible for Working out the Financial Projections-Profitability, Cash flows, Ratio analysis, presentations
3) Adhering to Companies accounting system in SAP Environment and Improvising accounting systems
4) Preparation of MIS
5) Compliances-SEBI,RBI/Stock exchanges/MCA

1) Preparation, Finalization of quarterly and annual Financials of the Company as per IND-AS and IGAAP
2) Handling Big 4 Auditors independently for Audit, Finalization and reporting/Certifications. Capable to handle all audit related compliances like, IFCR, FAR, Actuarial valuations, Impairment testing, Corporate Governance and other related compliances.
3) Thorough knowledge of the Companies Act relating to Audit, Accounting, CARO and Balance Sheet Schedules.
4) Thorough analytical knowledge in relation to various accounting ratios and operational results and Presentation of the Financials.
5) Preparation of MIS, Corporate Presentations and Financial Modeling.
