PRACTICAL EXPERENCE: PRESENT WORKING TERMS: I am currently sharing my academic and professional knowledge as Manager – Accounts in the Neesa Group of Companies. In this organization I have to handle as well as monitor all the aspects relating to Accounts, Income Tax and Service tax of a couple of Group Companies. PAST WORKING TERMS: 1. Article Assistant: 2007-2010 Alpa Bhavesh Shah & Co., Chartered Accountant, Ahmedabad Designed and implemented computerized reporting framework in the organization for the systematic working and scheduled completion of various reporting and related tasks. Undertaken various types of audit assignments e.g. statutory audit under the Companies Act, 1956, tax audit under the Income Tax Act, 1961, internal audits. Had dealt with various matters relating to taxation such as Income Tax, Service Tax, etc. 2. Manager- Accounts and Taxation: 2011 Globe Logistics Limited, Ahmedabad Prepared and submitted income tax and service tax returns of the organization as well as personal returns of the directors. Had done the investment and tax planning of the directors and their relatives. Undertaken the works relating to the accounting and taxation of various branches of the organization. 3. Additional Position: I also undertake tutorial activities at private coaching centers providing education in the field of commerce.
