• Preparation of Trial Balance and summarized concise & graphical MIS reports periodically as per the requirement schedule. • Ensuring the accounting and issuing of Debit Notes, Credit Notes & Material rejections. • Ensuring on time accounting of all incoming payments. (Cash, Cheques, RTGS/NEFT and Inward Foreign remittances). • Finalization of Accounts - including ledger scrutiny, excise reconciliation, passing provision and adjustment entries, preparing financial statement for company auditors, intercompany reconciliation, reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors, Loan & Advances, etc • Continuous and regular checking of customer’s dues and account statements and take the proper steps to collect the overdue amounts as per the credit terms and conditions. • Complete involvement and assisting with Finance Head for the preparation of Trial Balance, P&L A/c, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements etc. • Prepare and maintain closing stock reports • Collate required data for PFR calculation, prepare , review and validate PFR. • Compliance with excise and service tax law & Sales Tax while meeting the business needs, reconciliation of excise / service tax & Sales Tax records with accounts for a location. • Working in the Department team of Accounts, Factory Cost control, Budgeting, Internal Audit, Commercial, Taxation, Stores, and Purchase. • Stores Management & Stocks Reconciliation etc. • Budgeting and Costing of Projects • Processing of reimbursement & claims.
