1. Import Export knowledge including (material recording , shipping, receiving and relevant document)
2. Preparing Excise, TDS, VAT & Service tax return
3. Budgeting, Assortment plan and Business Analytics Planning & Performance Review
4. Assist in finalize the tender documentation & submission
5. MIS Generation to review project performance & base stock for necessary action
6. Inventory Management
7. Ensure timely delivery and availability of stocks at the store and manage stock norms
8. MIS for analysis in helping sales forecast and plan inventory to ensure adequate stock at any point of time
9. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures and updating records of payables, receivables, pay-rolls, owed and borrowed
10. Managing various statutory compliances
11. Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company
12. Compile key business metrics and report them to management
13. Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis
14. Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management
