a person file GST3B and GSTR1 quertly returna. the question is this can thus need to file yearly return, if yes which GST return file by him.

Are you  a regular tax payer or composition  tax payer .?.

If you are regular tax payer  filing  GSTR3B  monthly and  GSTR1 quarterly  ,you have to file GSTR9 .

due date is 30.06.2019
