Hai, I have query regarding applicablility of XBRL Filing, our company is private company having annual turn over more 100 crores and  financial year starts from 01.01.2011 to 31.12.2011.as per general circular No. 16/2012 dated july 6, 2012, I understand that our company is not required to file its balance sheet and profit and loss account in XBRL mode for this year.

it applicable to those companies whose financial year commencing on or after 1.4.2011.

correct me if I am wrong.
